Weapons Guide and Locations
Caladbolg
Beat the Chocobo Trainer in a Chocobo race. Then, go to the west part of
the Calm lands, follow the narrow path downwards and open the chest to
get the sword.
Sun Crest - After you beat Yunalesca, there's a chest with the Crest
inside.
Sun Sigil - Get 0.0 seconds in a Chocobo Race.
Nirvana
Catch all the Calm Land monsters. Go to the arena and open a chest with
the weapon inside by using the celestial mirror.
Moon Crest - Go to the beach at Besaid, swim around and you'll find
an island, open the chest on it to get this Crest.
Moon Sigil - Kill all of Belgemine's Aeons, and get all the Aeons
yourself.
Masamune
Go down a path out side the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth and get the rusty
sword. Then, go to Mi'ihen's staute at the Mushroom Rock road and use the
sword on it.
Mars Crest - In a chest at the end of the Mi'ihen Road.
Mars Sigil - Capture all the different types of monsters possible
in ten or more different areas.
World Champion
Win 200 or more blitzball games. In the Luca Cafe, talk to the barman and
he'll give you the weapon.
Jupiter Crest - Found in the locker room of the Besaid Aurochs.
Jupiter Sigil - Get all of Wakka's overdrives, then win a Blitzball
game to get it.
Spirit Lance
In the Thunder Plains, press square on three Cactuar stones. A ghost cactuar
will appear, go to the save sphere down the south of the plains and examine
the lightning rod.
Jupiter Crest - At the Ronso mountain entrace, near a pillar.
Jupiter Sigil - Play the butterfly game in Macalania Woods. Get
seven butterflies.
Onion Knight
Go to the Baaj Temple, there is a chest outside of it with the weapon inside.
Venus Crest - Go to the farplane once you've gotten the Airship,
and it will be in a chest there.
Venus Sigil - (>_<) Dodge 200 lightning bolts in the Thunder Plains,
then go to the tavern and get the Venus Sigil.
Godhand
Go to the Baaj Temple, there is a chest outside of it with the weapon inside.
Mercury Crest - Go to Bikanel Island. It will be in a sand pit somewhere.
Mercury Sigil - Complete the Cactuar Village mini quest.
